14-Day Return Policy
2Gether We Ride offers a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@2getherweride.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom products (e.g., special orders, custom tank pads, or personalized items)

Gift cards
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To ensure you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. We will provide you a voucher to the value of your exchange.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
